Shipping Policy

All purchased items from Eddie’s Flags will be shipped via FedEx Ground. We ship to all continental US states but do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international locations. We provide tracking through the Vail Farmers Market website.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from your purchase date to qualify for a full refund on your purchase. A call tag through FedEx will be issued for all returns. All refunds will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during your purchase. We only accept checks or credit cards.

Damage policy

If you receive your order and it is damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at bill@eddiesflags.com or 303.717.0076. Please keep all original packing and send us pictures of the damaged piece to our email address above. Once reviewed, a call tag through FedEx will be issued for returns and exchanges.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 4 weeks of your purchase and only on items that are the same or equal value. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. A call tag through FedEx will be issued for all exchanges. ***To limit exposure of COVID-19 we will be isolating all incoming returns for 3-5 days before processing damage shipments, returns and exchanges. We appreciate your patience on the delay.
